Friends of
Grace is a non-denominational, non-profit, Christian Organization registered in
the United States
which
emphasize on fulfilling the great commission. Our ministry focuses on
underdeveloped countries in the world. This ministry offers free
medical, dental and social services for the local churches or Christian groups. Our evangelistic
features singing,
sharing, testimonies, sermon and gospel magic.
For the past 15
years, thousands of free medical/dental services were provided and hundreds of
evangelistic meetings were conducted in different cities in China,
Thailand, Hong
Kong, Macau, Vietnam,
Malaysia, Japan,
Holland, Spain,
Peru, Brazil,
Panama and Russia.
In November 2004, Friends of Grace (FoG) medical mission team of
5 visited Panama City. We provided
free medical services in four Chinese churches (Par-King Tong,
Ling Fung
Tong Alliance
Church,
Obario Alliance
Church and
Living
Spring C&MA
Church)
and in the Alliance Bible
School of the Central and South
America in Panama.
Over 300 patients were treated during the 6-day medical mission trip. Many
patients who were treated earlier in the week returned for additional treatment.
We preached at four different churches there and shared at the
Alliance
Bible School
of the Central and South America (http://absctrcanada.org/PanamaHistory.htm). In addition, around 250 rededicated
their lives throughout the trip. During the medical clinic, another 15 patients
accepted Christ as savior.
In September 2004, 5 co-workers traveled to
Chiang Rai, Thailand. We
have served over 1,200 patients there (both pain management and dental work)
and shared at the Bethel Bible Institute, Drug rehab center, and with the Ahka
and Lisu minority groups. We also had opportunities to share the
Gospel to Hung
Shui
Kiu
Ling
Liang
Church while we are
in Hong Kong.
In April 2004, 7
members (including 2 medical doctors and 3 ministers) from Friends of Grace
traveled to Jieyang and Meizhou in Guangdong, China between 3/31/03 through 4/14/04 on a medical mission trip. Both Dr. Wong provided free
medical services to over 4000 patients.
In Jieyang area, we performed medical services and share the message in
13 different churches. In Meizhou
area, we performed medical
services and share the message in 6 different churches.
In Jan 2004,
ten members (including a medical doctor, three dentists and two pastors) from
Friends of Grace traveled to Guangdong, China between 12/31/03 through 1/12/04 on a medical/dental mission trip. Dr. Wong and three other
dentists provided free medical/Dental services to around 2,000 patients. We worked
together with the co-workers of the local 3-self churches to share the Gospel to hundreds
of unsaved patients while they are waiting for their medical/dental services.
We also conducted over 20 evangelistic meetings on weeknights and shared/preached
in 12 different churches in two Sundays to over 15,000 attendants. We also
shared with the students at two bible schools in Jie Yang and Mei Zhou.
Last Oct, four
co-workers traveled to Cambodia and Vietnam again to
minister to the Chinese churches in those areas. We provided free medical
services to over 600 patients inside eight churches and in a Cambodia Bible
school. We also held many evangelistic meetings, health seminars, and Sunday
Sermons in four churches.
Last July, two
members from Friends of Grace traveled to Peru and Brazil, South America. We provided
free medical services to over 500 patients in three churches and in Chinatown. We also held
many evangelistic meetings, health seminars, and Sunday sermon.
Last April,
five members of Friends of Grace traveled to Amsterdam,
Holland, and
Madrid, Spain. Our target
group this time was to the local Chinese immigrants as well as the illegal
workers from China.
Last February,
eight members from Friends of Grace traveled to Chaozhou, China, to conduct
evangelistic meetings in 14 three-self Churches. We also provided free medical services to
over 1,400 patients in 12 churches. In addition, we had 2 days of teaching
and sharing with the Chinese Seminary students.
As far as the
local ministry concern for this year, we have shared our vision and testimonies,

Baja, Mexico, in April,
June, August, and December.
