At the end of April this year, a group of 5 people from California Friends of Grace led by Dr. Hanson Wong came to the Amsterdam Chinese Church. They were on a 5 day medical treatment missionary trip.

 

During these 5 days, we saw how they had earnestly spread the gospel, deeply devoted to missionary work. Furthermore, what made us more surprised was that Dr. Hanson Wong with all his professional knowledge, multi talents and practice of muscle renewing therapy treated more than 120 people who had been ill or in poor health within 2 and half days. Not only did Dr. Hanson Wong contribute the medicine used during the treatments but he also gave them away during his evangelical lecture about healthy living and food. Most important of all, they often praised the Lord and gave Him glory.

 

Even though these 5 days were very hectic, many of our brothers and sisters who came into contact with Dr. Hanson Wong and his group were deeply moved and encouraged by their service. Through their missionary trip, we have been experiencing God’s blessing to our church.

 

May God with His grace continue to bless the mission of Friends of Grace and let more and more people in every corner of the world become God’s children and experience more blessings through their vision.
